After years of working closely together on various projects, two colleagues decided to merge their extensive technical knowledge and inspired expertise to serve an industry they are deeply passionate about. Partners, CEO Christian Graham and CTO Eugene Makarenko have designed a business that understands the specific needs and challenges of tech-driven, construction-oriented businesses.
Together, they experienced the many hurdles that companies face when seeking reliable design and marketing agencies. His expertise also extends to organic SEO, digital advertising, and managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook, all supported by strategic Google Analytics insights. Kaysie’s education is impressive, equipped with an AA in Business Administration, BS and an MBA in Graphic Information Technology from Arizona State. Kaysie comes with over 5 years of customer service experience working as a barista for Starbucks during her college tenure. Her creative talents extend beyond her degrees; she is an artist, a writer and an amazing communicator. She has incredible focus, attention to detail and is incredibly perceptive to our clients’ needs.
Crafting stories and presenting her imagination in the forms of writing and artwork, Mishy has held onto her hobbies from grade school and continued developing and improving these skills through both classes and her own personal free time over the years. She is a firm believer that practice makes perfect, but learning and mastering techniques in your work is a never-ending process.
With a B.A. in Psychology, Mishy has spent several years researching and analyzing data while drafting and reviewing essays during her years at the University of California Merced. She continues to excel in her analytical and writing skills, meanwhile maintaining an eye for detail while she continues composing her own stories and producing art in her spare time. In addition to her education, she has several years of experience in management, developing interpersonal skills with both clients and colleagues, as well as ensuring overall success in performance and client satisfaction.
Joanna is responsible for the company's operations, logistics and financials. Her cheerful and charming personality provide a ray of sunshine even in an accounting meeting. Joanna graduated in 2012 from Sacramento University with a Bachelors in Business Administration majoring in accounting. She provides over 15 years of experience in business management.
